This is a limited service and includes the cost of the full guide 0-24month guide. I will set up a 1-1 call with you, where we will discuss and go through all age and stage appropriate options. Have a look at your overall 24hrs and then take one of the routines from the guide and tailor it to your needs making it 100% bespoke. 

Your bespoke routine will be sent over within a week of our call.
